I’ve just made the official instagram page for Musa’s Music Blog. It will have post updates, Polls as well as a a few nice pictures I take here and there.Why Instagram? well.. It has everything from texts posts, picture posts, video compatibility (both long and short form) as well as having a way to engage with you guys the fans, using the question sticker,  polls and other features available on Instagram Stories. Here is a list my top 5 artists and where their careers start. with a little information about how they became who they are. I will be doing this in the form of a Story Map. StoryMap is a slideshow website which allows you to have the audience travel along to different locations whilst having information like Slideshow.

This is a showcase of an artist I believe is underrated. This will be done in various ways. Today I will be doing this via an interactive image.  The artist I will be showcasing today is Iamnotshane who I will be referring as Shane. Shane is a little known artist who makes simple indie pop style music, with his soft and light voice. This isn’t the only thing that makes him underrated his music video are a major reason why I think he should be known more. His most famous song insecure, has a  unusual music video which does both fit and not fit the content of the song together.  use the links on the interactive image bellow to look up Shane for yourself.

The songs are no in any way perfect or are in anyway the artists best songs by the artists. Please take the list with a pinch of salt.

That is exactly what I was thinking when I started this blog. What am I doing with this. Well, first off I’ll introduce myself and then introduce the subject of the blog and go a little in depth in what I mean. So Who am I? I’m Musa a BSc Media Production student and also an avid music fan. In this blog I will be reviewing songs as well as discussing little tidbits about the production of the songs, the writing process and some background information on artists.
